Game control

Specification and design of a control platform for electro-mechanical games.

The control is centralised on a Single Board Computer running an embedded Linux, and each IO board is connected through insulated USB. The Real-Time constraints are particularly demanding in this application. The boards handle switches, LEDs and actuators thanks to a PIC32 running a multi-tasking firmware.

This project has reached the market in 2013 and numerous games are relying on it for the players joy!
